Well, as I was starting to write my page on 10/26/2019 I found that www.trumplibrary.gov only returns "Sorry, the website www.trumplibrary.gov cannot be found". So until they have found an "acting" webmaster at the Trump Organization  to work on that domain, the link above will not lead you to where you wanted to go. I am sorry. Please come back and try later; if the link finally connects, you may have found the second, and official, Donald Trump Presidential Library on the internet. For now you may be interested in the Obama Presidential Library. I think he was a GREAT president; unfortunately he did not give us as much material to have fun with. Looking back, the Obama years were so boring! Or you may like to visit the Reagan Library in Simi Valley like I did a few years ago.
It is possible that you will have to wait a long time for the official Trump Library. This effort may be slow to staff up, like the Trump administration was slow to fill the political appointees in the federal administration. Or they are planning for the end of the "President for Life" role that Trump is looking for before they start working on that project. Or, if it happens, an impeached president may be denied a library link in the .gov domain. Trump seems to be really looking to become the first impeached president after Al Gore invented the Internet.
A short remark regarding the Internet. On the Internet an entrepreneurial entrepreneur like myself can start a web page like you are exploring right now with a fairly small investment. It just takes a few $$ to secure a domain name, if it has not been taken yet. If you are a little nerdy and have a sense of humor you can probably feel the great joy that I felt when I looked for the djtpresidentiallibrary.com domain and found out that it was still available! Hooray!!! It literally cost me only $1 to get this property for the first year! 
Now, if you know America, you probably think that there may have been some catch to this. So as I started to look into building how to create content on my new property I needed to get building tools which cost me $5 per month. Which is actually very reasonable considering that I was creating my own pages within a few short hours of acquiring my property.  1 & 1 provides a great web page development environment!
To round out my property set I also acquired djtlibrary.com a few days later so that my future followers (You, my cherished reader!) don't have to type the longer link.
